RE-Elect Councilman Mitchell for City Council District Four

Councilman Mitchell’s achievements include major flood mitigation, increased affordable housing, and responsible development for our community. Re-elect Councilman Mitchell on November 4 to finish what he started!

Born and raised in Charleston, Councilman Mitchell has spent his entire career in the service of others. He has prioritized building affordable housing, supporting job growth and training, and fighting crime. He has a long list of achievements that showcase his strong leadership and ability to get real results.

Many of his projects, such as the Huger St. Pump Station and Grace Homes affordable housing, have taken years to develop and reach completion. Other priorities are still in the works, like the Jackson St. drainage projectMartin Park renovation with splash pad, and Lowline affordable homes.

From the Lowline to Union Pier to Courier Square, Charleston is at a critical crossroads. There is much at stake that could change the fabric of Charleston and stray from serving the people who actually live here.
